Have you purchased a product that is faulty, damaged or incorrect?  Please allow us to replace or refund the product.

1. Contact us to arrange collection
   Email info@sports365.co.za or call us at 018 462 5269 and ask us to collect your unsatisfactory order – please notify us within 7 days of such a delivery. We will send our courier to collect the item at no cost to you.
   • Reference your order number when contacting us.
   • State whether you want a replacement item or a refund.

Did you select the wrong size or colour during your purchase?

1. Exchange at a store
   Take the item and your tax invoice to one of our branches and we’ll happily exchange the item with the correct size or colour that you want.
2. Refund at a store
   Take the item and your tax invoice to one of our branches and we’ll happily refund the item you purchased.

Returns Policy

All returns and exchanges need to meet the following conditions:

• It’s within 30 days of purchase date
• You have a valid Invoice
• The item is unworn and unused and it’s still in its original packaging
• Underwear (excluding bras) and swimwear may not be returned or exchanged
• Please note that we can only make an exchange or refund once we have confirmed receipt of your payment into our bank account and the refund will be made back into the account it was paid from
